The Short Version: We are a creative production studio, and this website is our digital portfolio and hub. By using this site, you agree to play by the rules outlined below. We own our work, respect our clients' work, and expect you to do the same.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using dock9.tv (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Site.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright All content on this Site, including but not limited to video, film, photography, text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Dock 9 Studios Inc. ("DOCK9", "we", "us", or "our") or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any of the content on this site without express written permission from us or the respective copyright owners. The work featured here is for portfolio display purposes only.
3. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including accessing data not intended for you, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.
4. Third-Party Links Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by DOCK9 (such as Vimeo for video hosting). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall DOCK9, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
